Sunan Ibn Majah 3291

When one’s servant brings his food or drink, let him give him some of it

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْهَجَرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

إِذَا جَاءَ خَادِمُ أَحَدِكُمْ بِطَعَامِهِ فَلْيُقْعِدْهُ مَعَهُ أَوْ لِيُنَاوِلْهُ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ الَّذِي وَلِيَ حَرَّهُ وَدُخَانَهُ

Translation
