أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

إِنِّي أُرِيتُكُمْ تُفْتَنُونَ فِي الْقُبُورِ كَفِتْنَةِ الدَّجَّالِ " قَالَتْ عَمْرَةُ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: فَكُنْتُ أَسْمَعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي صَلَاتِهِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

✧ I was shown that you will be tried in the graves like the trial of the Dajjal. Amrah said: Aisha said: So I used to hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say in his prayer: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire and from the punishment of the grave.'
