أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:

كُنَّا نُصَلِّي وَالدَّوَابُّ تَمُرُّ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا، فَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ: فَقَالَ: مِثْلُ آخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ يَكُونُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ أَحَدِكُمْ، فَلَا يَضُرُّهُ مَا مَرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

✧ We used to pray while riding animals passed in front of us, so we asked the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: 'A thing like the rear part of a saddle should be in front of one of you, then whatever passes in front of him will not harm him.'
