أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ مَالِكُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

إِذَا اسْتَجْمَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُوتِرْ؛ فَإِنَّ اللهَ وِتْرٌ يُحِبُّ الْوِتْرَ، أَمَا تَرَى السَّمَاوَاتِ سَبْعًا، وَالْأَرْضَ سَبْعًا، وَالطَّوَافَ سَبْعًا " وَذَكَرَ أَشْيَاءَ

Translation

✧ When one of you cleanses himself with stones, let him use an odd number, for Allah is odd and loves the odd. Do you not see the heavens are seven, the earths are seven, and the circumambulation is seven?" And he mentioned other things.
