( 49 ) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْبَوْلِ فِي الْمَاءِ الرَّاكِدِ الَّذِي لَا يَجْرِي، وَفِي نَهْيِهِ عَنْ ذَلِكَ دِلَالَةٌ عَلَى إِبَاحَةِ الْبَوْلِ فِي الْمَاءِ الْجَارِي " 79 66 66 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، قَالَ:

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ - هُوَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَعَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ
