✧ I met Ka'b b. Ujrah while I was heading to Friday prayer, and I had interlocked my fingers. When I drew near, he struck my hands and separated my fingers, saying: "We were forbidden for anyone to interlock his fingers in prayer." I said: "I am not in prayer." He said: "Have you not performed ablution and are you not intending Friday prayer?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then you are in prayer."
