أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ [عَنْ] مُحَمَّدٍ [وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ]، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا يَحْيَى يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

الْمُؤَذِّنُ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ مَدَى صَوْتِهِ، وَيَشْهَدُ لَهُ كُلُّ رَطْبٍ وَيَابِسٍ، وَشَاهِدُ الصَّلَاةِ يُكْتَبُ لَهُ خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حَسَنَةً، وَيُكَفَّرُ عَنْهُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا

Translation

✧ The muezzin is forgiven as far as his voice reaches, and every moist and dry thing testifies for him, and the one who attends the prayer is credited with twenty-five good deeds, and what is between them is expiated.”
