✧ On the day of the conquest, the Messenger of God ﷺ entered while he was on a camel belonging to Usamah, until he made it kneel in the courtyard of the Ka'bah. Then he called 'Uthman b. Talhah for the key. He went to his mother, but she refused to give it to him. He said: 'You will give it to me, or the sword will come out of my loins.' So she handed it to him, and he opened the door, and the Prophet ﷺ entered, and 'Uthman, Bilal, and Usamah entered with him. They closed the door for a long while. Ibn 'Umar said: I was a strong young man, and the people rushed, and I rushed ahead of them. I found Bilal standing at the door. I said: 'O Bilal, where did the Messenger of God ﷺ pray?' He said: 'Between the two front pillars.' I forgot to ask him how many rak'ahs he prayed.
