✧ The Permissibility of Tawaf and Prayer in Mecca after Dawn and after Afternoon

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ بَابَاهُ يُخْبِرُ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ، لَا يُمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدٌ طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ كَانَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ.
