✧ Marking the Sacrificial Camels on the Right Side of the Hump and Letting the Blood Flow

حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ، وَأَمَرَ بِبُدْنِهِ أَنْ تُشْعَرَ مِنْ شِقِّهَا الْأَيْمَنِ، وَقَلَّدَهَا نَعْلَيْنِ، وَسَلَتَ عَنْهَا الدَّمَ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the noon prayer and commanded that his sacrificial camels be marked on their right side, and he garlanded them with two sandals, and he wiped the blood from them.
