حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ:

آكِلُ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلُهُ، وَشَاهِدَاهُ إِذَا عَلِمَاهُ، وَالْوَاشِمَةُ، وَالْمُوتَشِمَةُ، وَلَاوِي الصَّدَقَةِ، وَالْمُرْتَدُّ أَعْرَابِيًّا بَعْدَ الْهِجْرَةِ مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَى لِسَانِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

Translation

✧ The consumer of riba, its agent, its two witnesses when they know it, the woman who tattoos, the woman who gets tattooed, the one who withholds charity, and the one who reverts to being a Bedouin after emigration are cursed upon the tongue of Muhammad ﷺ on the Day of Resurrection.
