✧ Group of Chapters on Actions That Invalidate the Fast of the Fasting Person

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ ابْنَا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ الْبَاهِلِيَّانِ الْبَصْرِيَّانِ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا، لَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ ". هَذَا حَدِيثُ مُحَمَّدٍ. وَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: " مَنْ أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ فِي رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ ".

✧ Whoever breaks the fast in the month of Ramadan out of forgetfulness, there is no making up and no expiation upon him." This is the hadith of Muhammad. Ibrahim said in his hadith: "Whoever eats or drinks in Ramadan out of forgetfulness, there is no making up and no expiation upon him."
