أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ، وَأَقْبَلَ بِهِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ، بَدَأَ بِمُقَدَّمِ رَأْسِهِ، ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ بِهِمَا إِلَى قَفَاهُ، ثُمَّ رَدَّهُمَا حَتَّى رَجَعَ إِلَى الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي بَدَأَ مِنْهُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ wiped his head with both hands, moving them forward and backward. He began with the front of his head, then moved them to the back of his neck, then returned them until they came back to the place where he began.
