أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

أَلَا تَصُفُّونَ كَمَا تَصُفُّ الْمَلَائِكَةُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَا ؟ قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَيْفَ تَصُفُّ الْمَلَائِكَةُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَا ؟ قَالَ: " يُتِمُّونَ الصُّفُوفَ الْأُوَلَ، وَيَتَرَاصُّونَ فِي الصَّفِّ

✧ "Will you not form rows as the angels form rows before their Lord?" We said: "O Messenger of Allah, how do the angels form rows before their Lord?" He said: "They complete the first rows and stand close together in the row."
