أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَرِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الْفَقِيرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَوَاكِي، فَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِنَا غَيْثًا مُغِيثًا مَرِيًّا مُرْبِعًا عَاجِلًا غَيْرَ آجِلٍ، نَافِعًا غَيْرَ ضَارٍّ، فَأَطْبَقَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ

✧ The weepers came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: O Allah, give us rain, a beneficial, abundant, pleasant, fertilizing, swift and not delayed, useful and not harmful rain. Then the sky covered them.
