وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بِشْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا تَحَرَّوْا بِصَلَاتِكُمْ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ، وَلَا غُرُوبَهَا، فَإِنَّهَا تَغْرُبُ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيْ شَيْطَانٍ ". وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " إِذَا بَرَزَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَمْسِكُوا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ، فَإِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُ الشَّمْسِ فَأَمْسِكُوا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى يَغِيبَ " وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ بُنْدَارٍ. وَقَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ: " فَإِنَّهَا تَطْلُعُ بِقَرْنَيْ شَيْطَانٍ
Translation

✧ Do not deliberately seek your prayer at sunrise or sunset, for it sets between the two horns of a devil." And the Messenger of God ﷺ said: "When the edge of the sun appears, then withhold from prayer until it becomes fully visible; and when the edge of the sun disappears, then withhold from prayer until it has completely set." This is the hadith of Bundar. Abu Kurayb said: "For it rises with the two horns of a devil."
