✧ "O Messenger of Allah, while I was reciting Surah al-Baqarah last night, I heard a thud behind me and thought my horse had run off." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite, O Abu 'Atik." I turned around and saw something like a lamp hanging between heaven and earth, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was saying, "Recite, O Abu 'Atik." He said, "O Messenger of Allah, I could not continue." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Those were angels who descended to listen to the recitation of Surah al-Baqarah. If you had continued, you would have seen wonders."
