أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«أَسْرَعُكُنَّ لَحَاقًا بِي أَطْوَلُكُنَّ يَدًا» قَالَتْ فَكُنَّ يَتَطَاوَلْنَ أَيُّهُنَّ أَطْوَلُ قَالَتْ فَكَانَ أَطْوَلَنَا يَدًا زَيْنَبُ لِأَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَعْمَلُ بِيَدِهَا وَتَتَصَدَّقُ

✧ The quickest of you to join me is the one with the longest hand. She said: They would compete over which of them had the longest. She said: The longest of us in hand was Zaynab, because she used to work with her hand and give charity.
