أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ بِالرِّيِّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِصَامِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شُعْبَةَ يُحَدِّثُ
عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ وَقَتَادَةَ وَحَمْزَةَ الضَّبِّيِّ قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا» وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبَعَيْهِ قَالَ وَكَانَ قَتَادَةُ يَقُولُ كَفَضْلِ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى
Translation

✧ From Abu al-Tayyah, Qatadah, and Hamzah al-Dabbi: They said, 'We heard Anas b. Malik say, from the Prophet ﷺ, "I was sent and the Hour like this," and he gestured with his two fingers.' Qatadah would say, 'As the excess of one over the other.'
