أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«الْجَنَّةُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَى أَحَدِكُمْ مِنْ شِرَاكِ نَعْلِهِ وَالنَّارُ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»

Translation

  3. Wakīʿ
  4. al-Aʿmash
  5. Abū Wāʾil
  6. ʿAbdullāh
  7. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ 'Paradise is closer to any of you than his sandal strap, and the Fire is the same.'
