أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ رَبَاحٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ يَقُولُ

«أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كَانَ نَبِيُّكُمْ ﷺ أَزْهَدَ النَّاسِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَأَصْبَحْتُمْ أَرْغَبَ النَّاسِ فِيهَا»
