Sahih Ibn Hibban 6190

Translation

✧ A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, was Adam a prophet?" He replied, "Yes, he was spoken to by Allah." The man asked, "So, how many generations were there between him and Noah?" He replied, "Ten generations."
