✧ The Prophet of Allah ﷺ saw an orphan girl with Umm Sulaym, who is the mother of Anas b. Malik, and the Prophet ﷺ said to her, “You have grown gray, may Allah not let your horn grow.” Umm Sulaym said, “You have supplicated, O Messenger of Allah, against my orphan girl that Allah should not let her horn grow. By Allah, she will never grow gray.” The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, “O Umm Sulaym, do you not know that I made a covenant with my Lord that any one of my ummah against whom I supplicate when it is not deserved, He will make it a purification for him or a means of nearness by which He brings him near on the Day of Resurrection?”
