✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "Create a barrier of lawful (halal) things between you and what is prohibited (haram). Whoever does so has protected his honor and religion. And whoever allows himself to indulge in what is forbidden, it is as if he is standing on the edge of a precipice, about to fall into it. Certainly, every king has territories that he safeguards, and the territories of Allah on the earth are His prohibitions."
