✧ We went on a military expedition with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and camped in a land with many dhabbs while we were low on provisions. We caught some, and the cooking pots were boiling with them. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'What is this?' We said: 'Dhabbs we caught.' He said: 'A nation from the Children of Israel was transformed, and I fear that these might be them.' So he ordered us, and we overturned the pots, while we were indeed hungry.
