أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَمَرَّ بِقَدْرٍ لِبَعْضِ أَهْلِهِ فِيهَا لَحْمٌ يُطْبَخُ فَنَاوَلَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْهَا كَتِفًا فَأَكَلَهَا وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»

✧ I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he passed by a cooking pot belonging to some of his family, in which meat was being cooked. One of them handed him a shoulder from it, and he ate it while standing. Then he prayed and did not perform ablution.
