أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ
«أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ كَلَّفَهُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَحْفِرَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ سَبْعَ أَرَضِينَ ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يَفْصِلَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ»

✧ Any man who wrongfully takes a handspan of land, Allah will charge him to dig it until he reaches seven earths, then it will be made a collar around his neck on the Day of Resurrection until judgment is passed between the people.
