أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى التَّيْمِيُّ بِالْمَصِّيصَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«مَنْ أُعْمِرَ أَرْضًا فَهِيَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ»
