أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا بَعْدَمَا أُبِّرَتْ وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ ثَمَرَهَا فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ وَمَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَالَهُ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ»

✧ «Whoever buys palm trees after they have been pollinated and does not stipulate their fruit, then nothing of it belongs to him. And whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate his property, then nothing of it belongs to him.»
