أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَطَّانُ بِالرَّقَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْخَلَّالُ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَيْدٍ حَفْصُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«مَنِ ابْتَاعَ بَيْعًا فَوَجَبَ لَهُ فَهُوَ فِيهِ بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يُفَارِقْهُ إِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ فَإِنْ فَارَقَهُ فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهُ»

✧ "Whoever buys something and it becomes his, he has the option over his counterpart as long as he does not part from him: if he wishes, he takes it, and if he wishes, he leaves it. If he parts from him, then there is no option for him."
