أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ بِإِنْطَاكِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُورُسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
«مَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»

يرويه عبيد الله بن عمر واختلف عنه فرواه سويد بن عبد العزيز عن عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بهذا اللفظ وخالفه إسماعيل بن زكريا ويحيى القطان وأبو أسامة رووه عن عبيد الله عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال من حمل علينا السلاح فليس منا وهو الصواب وكذلك رواه أيوب السختياني ومالك بن أنس ويحيى بن أبي كثير وجويرية بن أسماء عن نافع
machine translationʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Suwayd b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz narrated it from ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn ʿUmar, from the Prophet ﷺ with this wording. Ismāʿīl b. Zakariyyā, Yaḥyā al-Qaṭṭān and Abū Usāmah contradicted him; they narrated it from ʿUbaydullāh, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn ʿUmar, that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever carries arms against us is not one of us." This is the correct version. Likewise it was narrated by Ayyūb al-Sakhtiyānī, Mālik b. Anas, Yaḥyā b. Abī Kathīr and Juwayriyah b. Asmāʾ, from Nāfiʿ.
