أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
أَبْصَرَ الْأَقْرَعُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُقَبِّلُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ فقَالَ إِنَّ لِي عَشْرَةً مِنَ الْوَلَدِ مَا قَبَّلْتُ أَحَدًا مِنْهُمْ فقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمْ لَا يُرْحَمْ»

✧ Al-Aqraʿ b. Ḥābis al-Tamīmī saw the Prophet ﷺ kissing Al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī and said, “I have ten children and have never kissed any of them.” The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever does not show mercy will not be shown mercy.”
