أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَطَّانُ بِالرَّقَّةِ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَزَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِعِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ إِنَّ لِي عَبْدًا وَإِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لِلَّهِ إِنْ أَصَبْتُهُ لَأَقْطَعَنَّ يَدَهُ فَقَالَ

لَا تَقْطَعْ يَدَهُ «فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُومُ فِينَا فَيَأْمُرُنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ وَيَنْهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
