✧ The limit of drinking

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ ابْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»
