Adultery and its Penalty

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ زَاذَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَيُنْفَيَانِ سَنَةً»

✧ "Take from me: Allah has made a way for them. The previously married with the previously married: one hundred lashes, then stoning. The virgin with the virgin: one hundred lashes and both are exiled for a year."
