Sahih Ibn Hibban 4288

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانَ الطَّائِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا لَاعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا «فَفَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ»

✧ A man pronounced li'an against his wife in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and disowned her child. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ separated them and attached the child to the woman.
