أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ وَهْبِ بْنِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

جَاءَتْ هِنْدُ امْرَأَةُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ شَحِيحٌ فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ أُصِيبَ مِنْ مَالِهِ فَأُنْفِقَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَلَدِي؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا حَرَجَ عَلَيْكِ أَنْ تَأْخُذِي مِنْ مَالِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ فَتُنْفِقِيهِ عَلَيْكِ وَعَلَى وَلَدِكِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ»

✧ Hind, the wife of Abu Sufyan, came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Abu Sufyan is a stingy man. Is it permissible for me to take from his wealth and spend it on myself and my children?" The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "There is no harm in you taking from Abu Sufyan's wealth and spending it on yourself and your children in a reasonable manner."
