أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا خَرَجَ نَزَلَ ثَنِيَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ فَرَأَى مَصَابِيحَ وَسَمِعَ نِسَاءً يَبْكِينَ فَقَالَ «مَا هَذَا» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نِسَاءٌ كَانُوا تَمَتَّعُوا مِنْهُنَّ أَزْوَاجُهُنَّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «هَدَمَ أَوْ قَالَ حَرَّمَ الْمُتْعَةَ النِّكَاحُ وَالطَّلَاقُ وَالْعُدَّةُ وَالْمِيرَاثُ»

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ left, he stayed at the Thaniyyah Al-Wada'a and saw some lamps and heard women crying. He asked, "What is this?" They replied, "O Messenger of Allah, these are the women who were enjoying their time with their husbands." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "He has abolished or prohibited temporary marriage, divorce, waiting period after divorce, and inheritance."

رويه عكرمة بن عمار واختلف عنه فرواه مؤمل بن إسماعيل وبكر بن يزيد العقيلي عن عكرمة بن عمار فقال المؤمل عن المقبري عن أبي هريرة وقال بكر بن يزيد عن المقبري عن أبيه عن أبي هريرة وخالفهما بشر بن عمر رواه عن عكرمة بن عمار عن عبد الله بن سعيد مرسلا عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
machine translationʿIkrimah b. ʿAmmār narrated it, and there is disagreement about him. Muʾammal b. Ismāʿīl and Bakr b. Yazīd al-ʿUqaylī narrated it from ʿIkrimah b. ʿAmmār. Muʾammal said: from al-Maqburī, from Abū Hurayrah. Bakr b. Yazīd said: from al-Maqburī, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah. Bishr b. ʿUmar contradicted them: he narrated it from ʿIkrimah b. ʿAmmār, from ʿAbdullāh b. Saʿīd, as a mursal report from the Prophet ﷺ.
