أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
«لَيْسَ لِوَلِيٍّ مَعَ الثَّيِّبِ أَمْرٌ وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا»
