أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ وَإِنْ أَبَتْ لَمْ تُكْرَهْ»

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'An orphan girl should be consulted with regard to marriage, and if she remains silent, that is her permission. If she refuses then she is not to be forced.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3270)
