أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرَاهِيجَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«لَا يَسْتَامُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةَ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي صَحْفَتِهَا»
