أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ وَعُمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَهْدِي مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَأَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِهِ ثُمَّ لَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يَجْتَنِبُ الْمُحْرِمُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to send sacrificial animals from Madinah, and I would twist the garlands for his sacrificial animals. Then he would not avoid anything that a person in iḥrām avoids.
