أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَقَابِرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«خَمْسٌ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ»

✧ Five creatures, if someone kills them while in ihram, there is no blame on him: the scorpion, the mouse, the vicious dog, the crow, and the kite.
