أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ قَالَ سَلْ لِي عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يُهِلُّ بِالْحَجِّ فَإِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ أَهَلَّ أَمْ لَا؟ فَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ «قَدْ حَجَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ أَوَّلَ شَيْءٍ بَدَأَ بِهِ حِينَ قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ أَنَّهُ تَوَضَّأَ وَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ»

✧ A man from the people of Iraq said: Ask for me 'Urwah b. al-Zubayr about a man who enters ihram for Hajj, and when he has circumambulated the House, has he exited ihram or not? 'Urwah said, "The Prophet ﷺ performed Hajj, and 'A'ishah informed me that the first thing he began with when he arrived in Makkah was that he performed ablution and circumambulated the House."
