✧ “There is no person among the descendants of Adam but that charity is due from him every day the sun rises.” It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, from where can we get charity to give?" He said: "Indeed, the doors of good are many: glorifying Allah (tasbīḥ), praising Allah (taḥmīd), declaring Allah's greatness (takbīr), declaring Allah's oneness (tahlīl), enjoining good, forbidding evil, removing harm from the road, making the deaf hear, guiding the blind, directing the seeker to what he needs, hastening with the strength of your legs to the distressed one who calls for help, and carrying with the strength of your arms for the weak. All of this is charity from you for yourself."
