أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا خُبَيْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ جَاءَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ إِلَى مَسْجِدِنَا فَحَدَّثَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«إِذَا خَرَصْتُمْ فَخُذُوا وَدَعُوا الثُّلُثَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَدْعُوا الثُّلُثْ فَدَعُوا الرُّبُعَ»
