✧ Abu Bakr entered the mosque while Umar was speaking to the people, when he entered the house of the Prophet ﷺ in which he had died, which is the house of Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ. He uncovered his face from a striped Yemeni cloak that was covering him, looked at his face, then bent over him and kissed him, and said, 'May my father be your ransom, by God, God will not combine two deaths upon you. You have died the death after which you will not die.'
