✧ The Patient and Related Matters

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا أَتَى مَرِيضًا أَوْ أُتِيَ بِمَرِيضٍ قَالَ «أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا»

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ came to a sick person or a sick person was brought to him, he would say, "Remove the affliction, Lord of mankind; heal; You are the Healer; there is no healing but Your healing; a healing that leaves no sickness."
