أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَى أَعْرَابِيٍّ يَعُودُهُ فَقَالَ «لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ» فَقَالَ كَلَّا بَلْ حِمَّى تَفُورُ عَلَى شَيْخٍ كَبِيرٍ تُورِدُهُ الْقُبُورَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «فَنَعَمْ إِذًا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon a bedouin to visit him and said, "No harm, purification, if Allah wills." He said, "No indeed, rather a boiling fever upon an old man that will bring him to the graves." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then yes, so be it."
