✧ Prayer for rain

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَرَجَ يَسْتَسْقِي فَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَوَلَّى ظَهْرَهُ النَّاسَ وَقَلَبَ رِدَاءَهُ وَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ جَهَرَ فِيهِمَا بِالْقِرَاءَةِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to seek rainfall so he faced the Qibla, turned his back towards the people, flipped his cloak, and performed two loud Rak'ahs during which he recited out loud.
